The Agency, provides criminal justice/psycho-educational prevention/intervention programming within the geographical area of the State of Florida. The Agency experienced dramatic, steady growth since its inception in October of 1994 until 2018, since 2018, the Agency has been transitioning to online services and mid 2020, the Agency is fully dedicated to online therapy.

The Agency currently has approximately 500+ clients enrolled in one or more court-ordered intervention program, 30+ on Deferred Prosecution, and 10-15 self-referred; also providing services to various Safety Councils for Driving Under the Influence offenders. Additionally, the Agency has been involved in local and State contracting since 1994.

The Agency is currently based in Gainesville, Florida; yet provides online services for the entire State of Florida. It can be relocated and operated from your home.

The primary programs provided include: Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling/Therapy, Anger Management Counseling, Intensive Domestic Intervention Program, and Substance Abuse for DUI offenders, Criminal Cognition Intervention Program.
These clients are referred by the various counties Court services, DUI schools, defense and State attorneys, private attorneys, self-referred, and in many cases, by concerned parents and family members.

The operations are based on a network of licensed clinicians that are the ones providing the clinical/therapy services to the clients, on line. It is a home-based operation and requires just one or two people scheduling the clients, referred by the various entities, for the initial evaluation, and then assigning the proper therapist to this client.

This business is basically a cash-only business as clients pay directly thru Cash.App, Zelle, or PayPal.

60%-70% of our clients come from North Florida, and the rest come from all over Florida, and some from Georgia and as far as Arizona and Colorado.

Driving Under the Influence only… For example, Judicial Circuits 4 records an average of 4,500 DUIs per year, and with little advertising, the Agency can expand to the Miami-Dade County which records over 42,000 DUIs per year. The offer is predicated only on DUI clients, however, all other services are to be added to the revenue of the business.
